Premier-Treatments are members of the following companies which provide Insurance backed guarantees:
- British Structural Waterproofing Association.
- Property guarantee Administration.
- Triton Users Guarantee
- Construction Guarantee Services
All specialist works that are completed above ground level by Premier Treatments will have a 30 year written guarantee, and the option to purchase a 20 year insured guarantee from one of the leading companies that provide insured guarantees to Premier Treatments.
On some contracts Premier Treatments will provide a free 10 - 20 year insurance backed guarantee.
Insurance backed guarantees are also issued for specialist works that Premier Treatments carry out below ground level (Tanking systems) etc.
Premier Treatments have met with the very strict criteria from all of the companies to enable us to provide these guarantees.
