- A new chemical dampproof course to all walls, internal and external
- Antiflame used on all internal timbers
- Cavity drainage membrane installed to all floor areas
- Sika 1 Damp coursing render, plastering and screeding
The Stable received:
- A new chemical dampproof course to all walls, internal and external
- Penetrating damp chemical applied to all external brickwork
- Sika 1 Damp coursing render, plastering and screeding
The Farmhouse received:
- A new chemical dampproof course
- Timber treatments - woodworm and dry rot
- Sika render/plaster system and C.D.M. to basement
- Plastering and screeding work also carried out
The Reception received:
- A new chemical dampproof course
- Timber treatments
- Sika render, plastering and screeding.
The Barns received:
- Antiflame to all timbers
The Barns received:
- Safeguard products were installed and applied to most of the other barns and buildings e.g. Cow shed
